Malvina has been working and volunteering in the field of intercultural relations and communication for over twenty years. She has a B.A. in International Studies, is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and Unconscious Bias Facilitator and holds a certificate in Emotions-Centered coaching.
Her passion for volunteerism and her diverse work experiences have taught her essential skills needed to have successful intercultural communication. Her volunteer experience spans across many fields, such as recreation, the arts, education, community engagement and newcomer settlement. Her roles have included International Recruitment Manager, Homestay Coordinator, Newcomer Settlement Worker, Coordinator for the Red Cross Humanitarian Issues Program, International Campaign Educator for Oxfam Canada and as the President and Sponsorship Coordinator of the University of Saskatchewan World University Services of Canada (WUSC)…
